I removed the belt so I can at least drive the car. I've checked the oil, and there doesn't seem to be much loss. Will there be any issues with just driving without the belt?

I've also removed the DV, and capped the outlet since there isn't any boost (afraid that debris will be pulled in).

With oil leaks, start high. Now that you've got the belt off, I think you'll still see oil being thrown out as there will still be oil pressure in the blower.
There has been known issues to do with the VTEC solenoid sandwich that acts as the supercharger bracket. Some of those sandwich blocks were poorly machined and the rubber gasket within did not properly seat inside the groove. Eventually (some sooner than later), the seal is broken and oil starts to leak from between the sandwich and the engine block or the sandwich and the solenoid. Clean it again and monitor that area early and frequently to see if that's where it originates. The fix was to get a new sandwich block with the proper gasket groove.

ps. For a quick and effective cleanup, use a garden hose connected to HOT water and hose down that whole area. Do this when the engine is cold. Start up the engine and let it idle and heat up till the water evaporates. No need to drive it hard if it's the sandwich block. It'll start to leak even with normal driving.

That or a can of parts cleaner.

Do you know if the sandwich plate is hollow all the way through? That was one of the areas I check - at the VTEC solenoid. If it is at the sandwich plate, how could the oil be sprayed onto the inside of the bracket? I don't see oil where the bracket comes into contact with the engine.
That sandwich plate has passages in the middle of it. That's where the oil goes to get to and from the VTEC solenoid. There are two rubber gaskets. One between the solenoid and sandwich and another one between the sandwich and block.
I can't quite figure out from which direction that picture is taken from. The camera is too close.
I believe the Comptech takes oil from that sandwich to feed the blower.

OK, got it. I now think that your oil jacket around the supercharger bearing is where it's leaking from. How's the blower sound? Could the bearing be shot as well?

I think running it without things turning may help you to better locate the leak.
Good luck.
