I got mine rebuilt about 6 weeks ago. No more leakage and it's quieter too.
Make sure to tell them it's a Comptech Novi 1000 - apparently there's a difference in bearing sizes.

Should be some indication on the tag on the blower, serial number I do believe. Its true there is at least two different NV1000's. My buddy ordered a rebuild kit for his, and turned out he had an older blower so the bearings didn't fit. Mine is the latest series.
