Ya i have noticed VT guys AC is always cool, maybe because they have a larger pump and a higher quality radiatior?
the vortech aftercooler is bigger and the pump is suppose to flow more. so who knows.

I was wanting to try a rig using the VT radiator and attatching a small puller fan behind it wired to the main rad fan switch, seems its really prone to heat sink.

Ended up buying the pump straight from CT-Engineering (formelly known as Comptech) for ~$280.00

this included the updated pump from CT-Engineering (Johnson pump instead of the discontinued Jabso pump) wich flows twice as much volume and its rated for 5000 hours of continued operation isntead of the 2000 of the Jabsco. CT-Engineering took care of the retrofiting the pump with a custom bracket since the new pump is bigger than the old one.

install was plug and play thanks to the bracked that comptech provided, heck they even threw a brand new relay for it, and all this was done in ONE day!

awesome customer service from CT-Engineerng,

Thanks Nate!
Whats the model number on the Johnson pump?

I believe it's the same one vortech uses.
