so here is my situation- i have the old version of the revhard log manifold (it was designed like a tubular manifold- it is metal piping cut and welded together to create a log manifold) but the welds have cracked twice already so i bought the cast version. i want to get it extrude honed and coated with swaintech's white lightning ceramic coating. but i don't want to throw the money away if they have a tendency of cracking like my current version does. i am going to have a custom downpipe made with a flex pipe to lessen the load on the manifold.
so if anyone has cracked a cast manifold let me know
and concerning the issue with the revhard manifolds and losing the last header bolt has anyone tried using stage 8 fasteners- i am wondering if they will fix the problem.
