Default Constant leaking through oil inlet

I currently running GTR35R with -4 oil rescrictor inlet, it keeps leaking through the an fitting, we have swapped out the an fitting for a new one and same issue. can't seem to figure out what is causing the leak.

I have been lucky so far as nothing has caught on fire. but that is something i do not want to deal with

any help is much appreciated

I'm pretty sure an fittings can't have plumbers tape or Honda bond. So maybe there is something wrong with the receiver threads the an fitting goes onto.

Swap out the part that the an fitting goes onto

Its a pretty simple system, theres 2 parts there, if one has been replaced then look at the other one

Yeah no type of thread sealant on the AN threads, but definitely use on the NPT side.
OP can you just thread the fitting straight into the turbo in stead of using the adapter plate? Thats what I did when my gasket started to leak.
