Default comptech supercharger pulley

The person that installed my supercharger pulley put it backwards.....................


What tool may i use to remove without damaging the pulley???? i have tried two already from autozone and nothing...

Neat

Use a belt wrench. Its the best way to go I have found. Make sure you clock the pulley to where the keyway is on top so there is less chance of losing it as you slide the pulley off the shaft.

The issue i'm running into is that when i try to do it the pulley keeps spinning....

Right, that's what you use the strap wrench for.

Then either your too weak or your doing it wrong

go to sears they make one with a better belt and a metal handle harbor freight wont do

You sure your turning things in the right direction? To loosen you should be pushing down on the belt wrench with your left hand and pushing down on the pulley bolt right hand/bolt turning clockwise to loosen.

A pneumatic gun helps. Bolt comes right out.
