Well, the MSRP for a new NOVI-1000 is $1,950.00. Although, as I recall Paxton does have an exchange program. Basically, you send them your NOVI and they give you credit towards a new or rebuilt unit. Alternatively, you could always just send them your blower and have them rebuild it. Depending on the damage/wear, the price could vary. Plus, I remember reading here that Paxton charges $500 just to examine the unit and assess the damage/wear. YIKES!

OP has had a lot of problems with their car and has posted several times about various issues. I would suggest they go to their local forum and get a recommendation for a good trustworthy mechanic and have them look over the car.

Very good advice...like most have already said, he needs to bring his ride to a professional...
