Default Comptech Dyno with Berk Test Pipe gains

The red line was from a dyno I did when I first got my 7 psi pulley. Dont mind the super lean mixture. It was tuned to right 13:1 after a few runs, still lean.

The blue line was from a few days ago. Since than I had a test pipe and Emanage added. The only tuning done on the Emanage was by me and the only thing I tuned was Inj, not airflow or VTEC. Or at least not yet, Im learning.

Notice that the car produces the most max HP at about 12:1 A/F. I still have to lean out 8 to 9 k a bit to get the most out of it.

The most noticable gain was from Vtec and on, or while in boost. Even though Im running richer now, I still gained a consistent 10 to 20hp all the way up though my max hp is at a lower rpm range now.

Torque was also up 10 lb ft.

Im headed back next weekend for some more tweeking since Im having a header added this week. Maybe VTEC tuning to if Im feeling daring.

kinda of confusing but the blue line is when you had the berk test pipe on right? and gained 10-20hp with 10 pounds of torque? if thats the case I can't wait to get my t1r test pipe and megan header on with my s/c....

Yeah it is kind of confusing, but your right. Keep in mind my max hp didnt change much yet, hoping it will after some more tuning.

still impressive although max hp is almost the same, at least there was power made throughout the rpm and oh yea you got the megan header, let us know how it does once you get it tuned and dynoed....

maybe this is why i dynoed about 20-30 hp and about 15 ft/lbs more than most of the SC'd s2ks at church automotive. the testpipe really must make a difference.

The headers on, just waiting to get a chance to go again. It feels a bit stronger mid range and the cars definitley running a little bit leaner with it.

Jackson, be careful not to run any higher than 12.5. Stay closer to the flat 12.0 if you can. You're still on stock compression, right?

And good luck!
