update: i looked up the GPH(output) on the pump and broke the numbers down and tested it and the pump works great

i then began to "flush" the aftercooler out and plenty of gunk came out so i got all of that out and did the same to the heat exchanger and some stuff also came out of that

i was surprised how much dirt/particles etc came out,im pretty sure that was my problem

tomorrow morning i am droping the cooler off to get ceramic coated as well

i also want to run distilled water and water wetter instead of 50/50 antifreeze/water...WILL THIS BENIFIT ME AT ALL?

IF SO how much water wetter should i use?

one other question, if someone could please give me thier thoughts on this

as of now i just have an air filter clmaped directly onto the blower with my FMIC set up on and my iat's stay around 120-135 when stoped in 90-100 degree temps outside

once i put the fixed/ceramic coated aftercooler set up back on,i also plan to make a custom cold air intake so this should also help lower my iat's CORRECT?

More so when your moving. You will probably see a rise in stop and go traffic compared to your fmic. 120-135 is pretty good on a 100 degree day. Your going to gain about 3-4psi however so plan on a retune and more powa!!!

130-140 moving is what I see on a 100 degree day but its been more like 110+ in this shit hole AZ. My next step is going to be some thick layer of Jet HOT on the aftercooler to virtuallly eliminate heatsoak from the engine bay.
