Default Choosing a new turbo

I have a divided DBB gen 2 6466 that is burning oil and I am leaning towards a new Borg S366. I've had trouble with every precision I've had so far. My current setup is far over built for what I want power wise.

Inline pro sleeved 2.4 stroker
9:1 compression
Dual full blown 340 pumps
Full blown twinscroll sidewinder

The kicker is I am only staying on pump fuel now. My current turbine housing is divided and it says 132 AR on it. I want the Borg S366 with the divided 1.10AR housing. How will this perform compared to my turbo now?

What is your HP goal? how much boost and hp did you had with the 6466??

1.10 ar vs 1.32 mean less Lag for sure.

Safe limits of 93 pump fuel... 550-600 on this motor at around 20lbs.

My guess is it will need a little more boost to get the same power you had with the 6466. but should give you the number your lookin for

I would not call that safe IMO if you want your car to last. 15-16psi maybe, but I would consider that pushing it on pump piss. Anything past that and I would only run race gas or E85.

Edit: Never mind, I see you have a low compression motor.

The S366 was probably the laggiest turbo I've ever felt with a .96 AR twinscroll I believe. On one car with an AFI manifold it didn't really make boost until 5800rpm and was still pretty meh. Made 722hp @ 33psi on a stock block.

How is your precision throwing oil so quickly? The Gen 2's have built in oil restrictors

Where is your drain for the turbo going to? If the oil pan on the passenger side, that's probably your problem. We have been over this numerous times over the years. The oil drain needs to be either in the girdle above the oil pan, in the front drivers side upper area of the oil pan or in the front cover so not to get backup and end up causing the turbo harm.

I would also highly consider the Garrett GTW3884R and it comes in 3 different inducer diameters and ball bearing. It also has 3 different A/R turbine housings with the T4 divided flange. It's an 800-850whp turbo.

My drain is -10 and is in the passenger side timing cover with a straight shot down. I have a -3 feed with the restrictor from PTE. I'm going to do some oil pressure testing on the feed line itself as well.
