I currently have the revhard stage 1 turbo kit. Below is the current setup:

Inlinepro 3mm head gasket
ID 1000cc
Precision SC62/65
Revhard log manifold
2.5 revhard downpipe
Greddy evo 2 dual exhaust
Skunk 2 70mm test pipe
Turbo smart 38mm wastegate
AEM 1052U

With the setup above, I am currently making 406whp & 274 tq on 93 octane @ 18 psi. With VP c-16 race gas, I am making 473 whp & 298 tq.

I am upgrading to a Full Race tubular manifold, 3 inch downpipe and Tail 44mm wastegate.

Any recommendations or tips? Should I change the intercooler that came with the Revhard kit? Should I get inlinepro 600hp or 750 intercooler? Should I get the full race intercooler? Should I change the turb exhaust housing to .82 ar? At 5000 rpm, I would like to make at least 300 hp.

With tunning by Jeff Evans, I am looking for at least 570whp on 93 octane @ 20psi. On VP c-16 race gas, I am looking for at least 670whp.
