Default Car Shutting Off

The car shuts itself off since the Turbo install. At first it was doing it because the car was overheating but then we fixed the problem (installed Mugen Thermostat). Back then, I was driving the car for a couple of miles and I would hear this clicking and the car would shut off the fuel pump and it was not coming back on until the engine cooled down.

Now, it again shuts off the fuel pump but the pump is coming back on right away. Spark plugs are brand new. On the road and sometimes at idle, I hear the clicking again and it shuts off. What might be the reasons for this?? Does the AEM have some kind of protection thing and it doesn it automatically?? Anybody had this problem before??
