Default car running slightly lean

Just got in my car for the first time over the week. I go to start it up and everything seems to be fine. Start leaving to come home and I noticed that my afr gauge is saying that my idle is anywere from 16-17.4. If I go up a hill/give it over 40-50% throttle the afr will be somewhat normal 13-14 and ~11 WOT. It seems like it is only running lean on idle and cruising. I reseated the injectors to make sure they werent loose. There is not any stumbling that I have noticed either. Sound like a vacuum leak? Or would a vacuum leak cause lean even on WOT.

Those air/fuels won't hurt anything at idle. It's probably something with the tune(assuming this has EMS).
