Well I threw it again today. I can immediately take the code away with the scanner and it runs just fine. What could be causing this stupid hiccup. Same code. 1259 vtec or wahtever.

You need to get your emanage linked to a computer. I told you what the probelm is. Same thing happened to me. 1,2,3 is ok, 4th wil throw the cel at about 6k, sometimes 3rd depending on tempature. Your map clamp is the first thing you should check. I bet your resting volatge is 2.87v and your clamp is set right at that or a little bit over, you need to be .01 under. Also make sure the version software your trying to link with is the same that is on your computer your trying to link with.
Where trying to help and your not checking what where telling you. You cant fix your problem if you cant link the emanage to computer.

My clamp was set at 3.05v at every rpm. I changed it to 2.90 all the way accross. Is there another number I should try or just leave it at 2.9 until I have another issue and then adjust it??

Did you get your emanage linked? If so, connect to it, look at a few of the graph icons. One of them will tell you what the voltage is resting at. You want to be .01 under it. The car doesnt have to be running when you link.
