I took my car to Church's Automotive Testing in Wilmington city. This place has good reviews from the s2ki community. A guy name Daniel is doing a diagnostic and so far the head needs to be replaced bc there is no compression in the 1st two cylinders & the last two had very little. metal on metal grinding. hes going to look at the bottom end of the engine.. and ill find out in 3 days whats relly wrong

Sounds like it jumped timing and squashed your valves. If I was a betting man, I would say you will find marks/indentions on top of your pistons from where they smashed into your vavles.
