Its hard to tell but kinda sounds like the TCT(timing Chain Tensioner). What did you change on the motor? anything new you might have done?

havent changed anything.. just recharged the ac.

thats a spun bearing but drop the oil pan to make sure 100%

Sounds like the"Honda tick" but amplified
That sounds like a excessive tensioner noise or valve noise
