I don't think so. A VAFC can only tell you what the ECU sees. A stock S2000 ECU has no reason to look at boost. If you want to read boost, you need to install a gauge that has a pickup into the intake manifold.

The V-AFC isn't made specifically for the S2000 so it isn't affected by it's limitiations. It can also display manifold pressure, which is usually -ve.
I assume you can use it to display +ve pressure up to the limit of the MAP sensor (about 11-14psi). Of course if you're using a boost signal limiter you need to connect the V-AFC before the limiting device.
