ChefJ, something is wrong in your cal. You shouldn't have that problem. If you want to email me the calibration I can look over it for you. Tony@T1racedevelopment.com

I was just pulling fuel from one particular cell that the car was idling in. The AEM doesn't allow you to go lower then 1.01 in any particular cell and that is what I was setting it at. The car was still at a 10.2:1 AFR.

The aem does allow you to go lower than that, I just checked it in your cal and it lets me do it. The biggest thing is that you can't just adjust one cell. Work with all the cells within 2-3 cells all directions at a minimum.
You cal is also using a TPS based comp. The 0% throttle comp can be pulled down if you can't get things low enough in the fuel map.
There should be no problem getting pulsewidth low enough. The computer can be told to open the injector for .1ms over the dead time if you really wanted to, even though there's not enough fuel flow at that point to do anything.

I am certainly no tuning professional. I can add and take fuel away in the fuel map and play with the setup and thats about the extent of it. I just want to get it to the tuner from here, which is about 25 miles. The car runs fine its just running rich, which is better then running lean I guess.

Put those cells back where they were in your fuel map. Check the graph screen to make sure that everything is smooth in the idle section.
Highlight the entire fuel map. Hit "M", then hit "E", then hit 90 and enter. This will pull 10% fuel from the entire map. Keep doing this until it's close.
