thanks guys...well im kind of keeping it on a budget, as im selling parts off the talon and off the s2k im buying new parts that i need, im saving alot of money by doing everything on my own too, i learned how to tig weld 2 years ago when building my talon, now im learning how to build a cage and 4 link and stuff.
i do body/frame work for living so it helps, but this is a little different, i think i can do it, specially with some good friends i have, that support me : P

it seems your idea of a "budget" build is a little different from what i had in mind as a "budget" build LOL

At first I was like, nice Talon... Then I was like, damn, love the body kit on the street S2000... What rims are those? And then holy crap look at that rear end under the drag car! And the cage! Wow.

All very impressive stuff. I like the manifold you built for the Talon. Please keep us up to date, especially as you get to the engine stuff on the drag car.

LOL I thought the same exact thing. Some kid was going to ask how to build a cheap drag s2k.

Looking at what you did with the talon you know what you are doing...looks sick

Hey not to pull away much attention from your bad ass build here, but whats the rear wide body on the orange car? Is that an overlay on the rear quarter panel with the stock bumper cover stretched on the sides to fit? Whats the scoop... I like it.

thanks guys for the nice comments i wasn't expecting u guys to take it so well since im chopping up and s2000 haha, the wide body on the orange car i made it myself with fiberglass it looks somewhat stock, but its 4 in wider in each side, the front i cut the fender in half and welded a 2in strip to be 2in wider, front bumper was cut and extended 2in to meet the fender, rear bumper was just stretched

That's why I like it. The rear section flows nice with the stock cover and door. I like the "hips" that bulge out around the rear wheels. Wish someone made a kit similar to this that didn't look like a 4x4 over fender and allowed you to use your stock bumper cover.
