I'll give those guys a go, but does anyone know the exact specs of the bolts I need for the revhard manifold? I have no clue what size they are!

Manifold to cylinder head studs & wastegate bolts = M8 x 1.25
turbo to manifold = M10 x 1.25

An other advice is to visit your local Volvo or Saab dealer, their turbo models have great M8 and M10 studs/screws from factory, also heat lock nuts and other parts.

I´ve been working on turbo Volvos for over 10 years now and the screw quality is great.

go to a website called boltdepot.com. they have the metric size you need and you can get them in grade 12.9! thats what i have used on every turbo setup i have ever built. they are extremely strong and reasonably priced.

I'd go for the Stage 8s. They are a high grade bolt and as they lock you don't have to tighten then so much.
I've had the same stage 8 bolts for close to 4 years and haven't had an issue at all with them.

Well this sucks! Just went to the site, tried to but them, but doesn't look like they'll ship to Canada!
