Default bottle neck

ok i have an 01 s2k

heres the list. inline pro log mani turbo kit with gt30/82r (is this mani the bottleneck i have heard of 500whp on one tough?)
3in no cat vibrant exhuast
aem ems
perfect b boost controller
750cc with walboro 255
aem 3 bar
3mm headgasket
arp head studs
just had the car rebuilt = oem parts not built

the car made 278 at 7.5 and then about 374 on 15psi after that if feel down hill at 18 it made 390ish and then 404 at 20psi this was on a dynopack 3000 so yest it reads low.
BTW how much difference can i expect from another dyno?

now car has an exhuast leek havent been able to identify where but i think the wastegate may be open alittle at idle. could this be the problem.? its a tial wastegate. is there a remidy for this if so beside getting new wastegate?

thanx in advance for any helpful info.

The GT30's that fit with our manifold, has a small exhaust housing. I don't think its a gt30/82 unless someone modified something.

That seems about right for a gt30 is it a B housing, dynopacks read high so if you go to another dyno you will be less happy. Do you have a single?

U probably have a .63 hot side! The gt30 .82 is good past 600whp!

no, its not. with a .82 hotside its good for 525-550whp MAX. And this is assuming the 30R in question has a .60a/r E cover with the ported shroud.

^andys right. regardless those numbers are about right for a 30r, although you should have had decent torque out of that tune. although, im still not totally convinced that you should have only gained 30whp from 5lbs o boost. if you really are looking for bigger numbers youre going to need a turbo that is mostly top end. borg warner and precision is the way to go

well this dyno pack 3000 reads low nd the tuner told me it did so did many other people who have had theres tuned there.

not sure the A/r but i do know its 82 hot side. got the recipe to prove it. the gt30r is good for 500-550 like mentioned.

but 30whp out of 5 pounds still isnt right. wasnt able to tinker with it today rained allday.

any other ideas log manis dont crack very often and i looked it over dint see a big one maybe a hairline one. doughtful though.

we did a garrett 3082r on an inline mani and built cp piston 9:1 comp. engine. if i remember correctly we had trouble making power past 20 psi. we made about 430 or so on 23psi pump gas and only made 480 something on 28 psi with q16. this was also with the e cover so i think the small 2" outlet makes a restriction compared to the full sized cover with the 2.5" outlet.
