Borg Warner EFR and S hybrids?
I heard about a nice hybrid turbo today, regular S serie but using EFR compressor wheel.
Anyone know who makes it? Fullrace? Any BW dealers on this board?

like Scorpion said its called the "FMW" its a hybrid between a standard Borg Warner Airwerks S300SX 83-75 (61mm) and 88-75 (63mm)and an EFR 8374, it uses a slightly smaller compressor 61.4mm inducer & 83.4mm exducer FMW forged wheel, and you can choose between 2 different turbine wheels depending on what you want, if you want maximum spool, they offer a "flat tip" which comes from the Airwerks 83-75, IF you want maximum top end they suggest the "cupped tip" which comes from the 88-75.
This turbo is ABSOLUTLY AMAZING and is by far the best turbo choice in the 62mm turbo selection. DO IT!!!

But I heard something about a 67 or 68mm, please tell me it´s true. 62 is too small I´m afraid.
Thanks for the info guys, still trying to make up my mind about the damn turbo...

Youre talking about the S400SX 67mm. It uses the compressor from the 9180 but paired with a standard 83mm turbine wheel. The turbine is a little larger than what I would prefer for most applications (I like the 79mm) but its a turbo geared more for racing.

with the S400SX FMW 67mm, Jeff Evans was able to break the true sreet record, and run an 8.98 in his integra, this turbo has set the bar for 67mm turbos into the 1000-1100whp range, this turbo is also another amazing choice!
