I went with the Pep boy's supra pcv thanks to Hokies2000's write up, and my boost is holding at 7psi so far, I will get my car on the dyno this Saturday so I'll see if the pcv is leaking boost into the crankcase or not.

Yeah I want to do this mod also. I had heard of one person that had problems with the pep boys one leaking so I was kicking around the idea of just going to toyota and picking one of the OEM ones up for the supra turbo.

I would go for the supra PVC valve or push the boat out for the Krankvent ones, at least you know its made for the job

I am new to FI and still learning, I read thru this topic and some of the links to the Pepboys parts and still dont know if this is right for me,

Any boosted application, yes.

I will be putting a single krankvent on the pcv line from the head to the manifold on my supercharged '04.

Exactly my recommendation. Just use the smaller one or go with the supra pcv valve and avoid the larger one on the larger blow by tube. For a clean engine just run the larger tube to a catch can and vent to the atmosphere. Venting back into the air intake just oils up the intake on the inside and makes a mess. No need for oil coated TB and sensors.

Yes I was planning on putting a catch can on the front hose, although I was going to plumb it back into the intake. I don't want oil in the blower but I figured what little came out would be caught.

Do you have any concerns with blowby ending up in the intake manifold? I noticed you don't have a catch there.

The crankvent takes care of the boost and keeps it one way. During non boost operation the minor amount that is passed into the intake will be of no importance.
