Blow Off Valve or Bypass Valve?

I currently have an HKS SSQV on my Comptech SC and planning on possibly going with BlackTrax's FMIC. They offer a Vortech bypass valve as an option with the kit and was wondering if I should just use my BOV or would make a difference to go with the BPV.
