You will need to read you spark plugs to see how much fuel has been injected into the cylinders. If it's too much you will need to clean the plugs, pull fuel out of the fuel map and crank map. My bet is that your plugs are fouled.
What is your fuel pressure?
It's not that simple to get the car to start with big injectors. It's even harder to start it with the 1000cc from a fresh map
If all fail, put the stock injectors back. Get it to start with them and then put the larger one back in.
