Default bad starts! when warm, help

hey, guys i have a little problem with my car it starts fine when cold but once i drive it around for 10 min and shut it off, i can't get it started again, it cranks and cranks but no start that means no gas station stops.
i'm using the aem 1052, 750cc injectors, gt35r with the lovefab mini-me.
The car runs fine. I think it might have to do with cooling temps or maybe i need to add more fuel to startsi don't know, but i would like help. If anyone know what might be or if you have a map that starts all the time if you would like to share with me, please let me know cause i miss driving my S.thanks

first check the fuel pressure during hot start conditions, also pressure must hold for minimum of 5-10 mins (some aeromotive fpr's may not hold-normal) after engine off. If you have to hold the throttle for it to start then its a sign of a too rich condition, your flooding the engine and may need to lean it out a bit.

thanks man, i'm gonna check the fuel pressure tomorrow it should be around 43psi right? i think i might be flooding the engine, but wouldn't it do the same on cold starts too?

yes base pressure should be around there. the reason it wouldnt replicate the same problem during cold starts is because the ems/pcm is modifying fuel maps to compensate for cold temps in open loop. During hot start it is directly relying on the base fuel/ign maps +closed loop.

The AEM EMS requires good voltage to start. When warm the voltage can become too low with the starter draw for the EMS to start. I was having problems with an older battery at 12.4 volts but a new one with 12.8 volts works fine.

First, put a charger on it until fully charged. After it sits overnight check the voltage. If it is up, it should allow you to restart when warm. If not replace the battery.

i notice a difference on starts before, last year my car wouldn't start it would only start whenever it wanted so i changed the battery to an optima yellow top with 750 cold cranking amps and now it starts when cold, but doesn't start at all when warm. i'm gonna change the battery tomorrow and i'm gonna try again. but i checked the battery 2 weeks ago and it was good. i also checked my alternator to see if it was charging the battery and it was charging it too.

I have this problem too. The car is fine until it gets hot. Then i have to wait a few minutes before it will start up again if i turn it off.

No.

Are your plugs wet?
Do you see stat sync when cranking?

Ok, if my coolant temp. is reading over 216 on the ems, then my car will not start. Once it hits 216 or below it will start right back up! Any ideas???
