Default ARP Head Bolts and head gasket questions

So I just bought a new short block from Honda and I will be swapping my head over to the new block and I know they say to replace the head bolts so I was thinking of going with ARP. I have seen mixed reviews of how much better they are over OEM. I know the H11/L19 are the best but are they really needed with a Supercharger setup on 20psi?

What are the ARP good for in PSI rating?

Also guys I'm told the ARP lube is a must but I have also heard of other people using other things to lube the studs. Like paste and engine oil/engine assembly lube.

And should I use copper spray? A lot of the threads are a little older and a lot of yes and no's.

I have had good luck with ARPs. held 27psi and over 700hp for me. just like anything else it all depends on the person installing them...

I have the ARP bolts on my motor as well. If you use the torque lube they provide, they will work great.

If you're not doing a crazy amount of ower I'm sure OEM will hold absolutely fine.

ARP is good under 675hp ish. I always had problems at the 700hp/28 psi level. I went L19 and no issues since.

I was also wondering if I should do anything else while the head is off? Are springs and retainers needed for a 2008 with 15k miles? From what I read no they aren't.

Head bolts are good enough. AP2 valve train are good.
