Default Anybody anodize there intercooler

Just wondering if anyone has anodized there intercooler black for a stealth effect, I know you could paint it too but it seems to me anodizing would better suited for an intercooler.

Thoughts, opinions?

anodized shouldn't effect it at all but if you use paint then will effect the cooling properties. I'm buying one thats alrighty anodized black. I dont need any shiny stuff behind my bumper.

90% of diesel rig ICs are painted, and if you compare a painted to non-painted, you cannot measure a temp difference.
As long as you go with radiator paint or a fairly thin coat of flat black (which is mostly carbon) you'll be fine.

but isn't there a company that you can send your IC to and they will anodize it? I have seen a post about it before but can't seem to find it with the search...

I most likely can get mine done around here for $100 or so, in general anodzing is cheaper then powdercoating
