I read nearly every thread in the last 20 pages of this forum. I suggest you do the same.
That, or search.
But my 20 yen would be for the LoveFab GT1 kit. It's safe, and fast. Why go custom? This started out as a custom kit, but now it's a customER kit because of it's success.

Just check them all out.
Here is some of the most popular.

www.inlinepro.con
www.lovefab.com
www.full-race.com
I went with the full-race kit but out of the four full-race and lovefab are your best bet.

Jakub - It's nearly the same kit as you have, and that Cody has put over 10,000 miles on. The only difference from the standard kit is (from website): SideWinder-GT1 manifold; SideWinder-GT1 downpipe; SideWinder-GT1 dump tube; Precision 750hp Intercooler; 3" Aluminum Charge piping; 4" downpipe capability.
I don't know how any of those parts would cause more risk to the engine. I could see people thinking it's better and upping the boost, but with the same boost levels (8psi I believe) as the standard kit, it should be just as reliable.
Regardless, I shall retract my original comment and tell the thread start:
LoveFab Turbo kit gets my vote.
But as someone else said, check out all of the options.

I will say for every kit on the market the first couple may have problems. Give it some time and I am sure the lovefab kit will have the kinks worked out. I still recommend Full-Race but that is personal preference. Todd has taken very good care of me and the kit should fit no different than the one on my car. They are known for sending out only the best.
