Any special technique to remove sc pulley?
I need to pull the sc pulley off as I am doing an insurance claim with USPS and that was damaged during shipping along with the crank pulley.
I have the sc off the bracket as the housing is being powder coated now. Is there anything special to removing it? Seems like a pain in the ass as it just spins and didn't seem to be able to get it loose by holding the bolt on the other side of the sc.
is there a trick to it?

well the way my friend and I took the pulley off of my CTSC was we got a worn belt and ran it across the pulley and used vise grips on the belt as close to the pulley as we could to keep the pulley from moving.

A quick tap with a pneumatic gun will break it loose.
Install the same way with just a tap at tight. No thread locker needed.
The new pulley should just slide on snug but still slide.

Do you just put a socket on the other end and then the pneumatic on the pulley side?
Don't wanna mess anything up.
Also I took my sc housing off. Now going to put it back on I realize it can go on at any direction. Are there markings sonwhere or anything for howto have it mounted onto the sc?

No need for the socket. The impact from wrench is enough to break the pulley loose no matter how tight it is. Just hit it with the impact wrench and install the other one. You won't mess it up. It spins at 60,000 rpm...they're fairly robust mechanisms.
