you have to change many sensors - the s2000 sensors do not work with k-pro, honda is working on a version for the s2000 but when it will be released who knows- there is one prototype out there - he is on this board - i am sure he will speak up.
out of the 50+ cars we have tuned with AEM - dont see a reason to reinvent the wheel, it is all in the tuner, those cars started & drove like a stock car.
the only thing about k-pro i dont like is it is not real time change - you make a change and then you have to upload - hope the car does not stall if you are street tuning and i am not sure how it will handle the s2000 because the s does not have adjustable cam timing?

The only problem I have with Hondata K-pro is they're expensive and overpriced. I wish the price would go down or go on sale or something....and if it does happen I would buy it in a heartbeat

I'm the person with the K-pro for DBW and so far it's been pretty damn good. There are a few issues we have run into with map sensor CEL's but it's mainly because of our altitude here in Albuquerque so the voltages run pretty low because of that. We figured out a way around it though, so no worries. As far as the uploading changes issue, if you are just making minute changes, it takes a second to upload... if you're making major changes to an entire fuel map for example, it takes around 10 seconds to upload. As far as changing sensors, this doesn't apply to the DBW cars... you don't need to buy any of the sensors listed for the other S2000 K-Pros, so that's some money you get to pocket.
On a Precision 59/61 turbo and 13 lbs of boost at 5200 ft above sea level we put down 403 rwhp on a pretty conservative tune and it took all of an hour to do the tuning.
