That's correct. Most of my tuning was done on E75-77 (what local E85 stations happened to have at the time). I started tuning at E51 though (mix of 93/E85). Let me know if you have any configuration questions; I'd be happy to help.

SoS, nice work guys!

So this was before your present build, I thought you just pulled your engine!?!?! You ran E85 with AEM and a Continental fuel composition sensor on a previous setup? Sorry SOS do not mean to hijack thread just confused where the info is coming from. SOS is not talking about your(herecomesboost) build here are they?

I switched to flex fueling as soon as it was available (for AEMv2) this past fall; configured the flex settings on my previous build. I'll still be using the flex fuel configurations on my current build as well. SoS isn't talking about my build though I'm still running the s366.

Just to be clear - if you use Hondata KPro, you would need to have two completely separate calibrations, and would have to drain and flush the fuel tank every time you want to change fuels. This is difficult, and not really advised. With the AEM EMS and the FlexFuel system, you never have to drain the tank - the system will automatically adjust between E85 and gasoline, no mater how much of each is currently in the tank. It is seamless to the driver.

It would be nice if Hondata adds this option, but I'm not sure if the K series ECU has the processing capability or the inputs to allow this.

The spool of this turbo kit is truely amazing for such a large turbo but the numbers to me seem kind of low to me. Your typical s2000 with a standard non billet wheel regular gt3582r with a tubular non log manifold is usually in the mid 400"s on pump gas and over 600whp on race gas/ e85. Does this kit really sacrifice that much top end power? Why did u guys stop at 500whp on e85? Surly the turbo is not close to maxed out yet.

Keep in mind this car is at only 17.7 PSI when comparing. We kept it at this power for what the clutch is rated for. Keep in mind however we designed the system to be limited to 600 bhp (crankshaft power) to achieve our goals, including boost response.
