Default another ScienceofSpeed TS-MAX Turbocharger System complete

We completed a customer's 2005 S2000 last week with the factory 2.2L and ScienceofSpeed TS-MAX Turbocharger System with GT3582R. The car features our first production version of the ScienceofSpeed FlexFuel System integrated to a AEM EMS Series 2. The system meters ethanol content to automatically adjust boost pressure, fuel volume, and ignition. The power, torque, and pressure graph below show 100% gasoline and 100% E85. The system will automatically blend between the two based on ethanol content.

The system produced 375 wheel horsepower on gasoline and 505 wheel horsepower with E85. The system produces peak boost at 4000 RPM, even with the larger GT3582R turbocharger!

The ScienceofSpeed FlexFuel System, based on the Continental fuel composition sensor, includes brackets to attach to factory mounting location and uses factory hoses and the SAE quick disconnect fittings on the composition sensor to provide seamless integration and easy installation to the S2000. Kits are available for 2000-05 and 2006-09 (with return fuel system installed). This product will be released by 12/31. We expect to announce pre-release pricing before 12/20 so that customers can take advantage of the end of year pricing currently being offered, including discounted pricing on the turbocharger system.

Nice. I would jump on this with no hesitation if there was a V-mount option for street applications.

You can run the same injectors with either fuel? I thought E85 need like 2000cc injectors.

Yes, this is no problem. This car uses ID1300. I would need to look at the logs, but this puts it at a duty cycle of under 80%. We rate this combination to 550 bhp:

Sorry, KPro does not offer FlexFuel compatibility.

A v-mount including intercooler and radiator for street applications is being worked on now and should be released in about 30-60 days.

so does that mean I have to run either just e85 or pump? If so I may have to go a different route then I was hoping to be able to use your kit I guess I didn't realize it was a AEM only kit for I to go with the kpro for stupid emissions. I wish I could just run the AEM its a way better ecu.

No. You can run E85 and/or 93 indiscriminately (dynamically). The AEM software blends the two maps (E85/93) as a function of ethanol content (percentage).
