The oil filter is a great idea. Its something a lot of people overlook. Peterson fluids makes a small -4 inline filter I use on all turbo setups I install.
Pressure drop isnt an issue. Turbos dont need a ton of oil pressure

I just bought a spare engine and I bought the inline pro f24 rods, mahle 87.25 -11cc pistons and a brand new tax crank
I have a few questions.
1. The mahle -11 dish turbo low compression pistons are advertised as 8.9:1 compression on a f20 and 9.6 compression on a f22. But what will these pistons net in compression with a k24 crank?
2. Can you share what you recommend for the piston to wall clearances as well as your ring gap clearances.

I think you should be around 10 to 10.5:1 with that setup. Mine was a little lower because of the shorter rod. Piston wall clearance I ran was around .003-.004. On ring gaps, I just used Mahle's recommended clearances, I don't remember what they were. I do remember that I did not have to file them much at all.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping to be at a much lower compression since I want to run 91 octane most of the time.

Car is up and running, I spent new years day finishing up the install. Gauges are in, but my A pillar looks a little overloaded. I still want to add a coolant and oil temp gauge, but not sure where to put them?
I am scheduled for a tune this Saturday at Driving Ambition in Cameron park. I just hope it doesn't snow next weekend, because I need to drive 3 hours over Echo summit (7300 ft) to get there.
I have read on the forums about the EFR wastegate canisters not being able to maintain boost to redline, so I pulled the trigger on the forged motorsports billet 2 port canister. Not sure what spring to run though. Right now I have the blue spring in ( 14-18 psi) however I also bought the red spring(19-24 psi) if boost is not where it needs to be.
Right now Im not sure what numbers to shoot for 400, 450 or 500? The turbo is good for 550 hp but the drive train may not be. Not sure what the injectors will get me to possibly 500? The S2000 at 400 hp has been pretty reliable for me, I am still on the original trans and diff after 3 years of boost. I think If I go to 450 I may be on borrowed time for the trans at least, and for sure if I do 500. I want the car to hold together so I don't miss another season of AutoX. So I may shoot for 450 just for bragging rights and then turn the boost down and daily it at 400 hp.

Looks good I would think a low 9.0:1 compression f24 would make over 500whp and boost about 20psi on straight pump 91 octane fuel. Good luck on the tune and I can't wait too see what it does.
