Aftermarket Pistons with OEM Sleeves?

Is there any aftermarket company out there selling pistons that will work with oem sleeves other than CP? I know CP does std or .5 over but they are 12:5 compression. Looking for something 10:1 or under.

Mahle pistons are what you are looking for . They work with our cylinder walls . They have multiple sizes and comp ratios .
