but in most cases the coolant could end up cloging quicker over time from residue build ups but that is just my opinion.
Sorry, but this is a very odd concept. Coolant does not clog up in the engine cooling system where it gets boiled every time the car is run. This is when coolant gets the most amount of degradation and it does NOT clog anything. This is contingent upon proper coolant maintenance (flush and re-fill) being done at the proper intervals (which is only commone sense and good house keeping). "Long Life" coolant is good for at least 5 years in cooling systems WITHOUT "clogging" anything. I'm not sure where you're getting this idea from (an "old wife" maybe?). If it "clogs" things, it would do it in the engine system. Since it doesn't get near as hot in the aftercooler system, it's NOT going to "clog".

The whole idea behind "water wetter" is that it has a more efficient heat transfer mechanism, but in the A/C system, we're not dealing the kinds of heat an engine cooling system is subjected to. Water wetter has some system lubricators and some anti-corrosion elements in it but not nearly as much as anti-freeze, which is designed to be use for this purpose.

since we are on the topic of aftercooler already, is it 50/50 we put into the aftercooler for coolant/water? or all coolant and no water?

50/50 is the recommended mix for the best freeze protection and for the best boil over protection. This will also give the required amount of corrosion protection and water pump lubrication. But like I said, the intercooler system on a supercharger kit is not subjected to the kinds of heat demands as the engine coolant and since you live in a place that never freezes, you could get away with anything from 40/60 to 60/40 or use an appropriate concentration of wet water that will ensure corrosion protection and pump lubrication. If water wetter doesn't have enough of this, then a cooling system additive can be found to serve these functions.
Personally, a 50/50 mix of antifreeze is just too easy, so why not?

seems my supercharger aftercooler is sucking alot of coolant/water. what could be the cause of this? or is this normal?

Please explain this a bit better.
Are you saying that you find that you are constantly adding more fluid? How long has the supercharge kit been on? You need to provide more details when you ask a question.

the supercharger has been on approximately 2 months now. vtec maybe 2-3 times sometimes 4.

and yes, i have been adding fluid lately. but not that much once i had found out that it was low/ or no water of any kind in the aftercooler.
First of all, VTEC has no bearing upon the aftercooler cooling system. It is run by a constant velocity pump. When your ignition is ON, the pump is ON. It doesn't change with the changes in rpm or VTEC.
Any new cooling system will take 2 to 3 driving cycles to completely burp out all the air. If you have topped it off 2 to 3 times now and it still requires more fluid, then you have a small leak someplace.

and yes, vegas regularly freezes. so running some glycol wont hurt.
