AEM EMS help...
Hey guys,
I recently migrated to the AEM EMS and I have finished the partial throttle tuning. I am ready to tune for WOT but for some reason when I floor the car it's like hitting a brick wall. The car seems to hesitate a good bit as soon as I punch it.
I checked for knock and there is none. The car feels great at all other time (even 90% throttle) and this only happens when I floor it.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance,
J
PS - My setup:
Comptech SC/AC w/3.6" pulley
440cc injectors
stock FPR
stock map sensor (should not be an issue)
exhaust w/TP

If you leave the laptop connected while the engine is on, you can open A/F chart, timing, etc and it'll show you where you are on the chart so you can adjust accordingly.
This is a tuning issue and not mechanical however, so don't be worried per say

Hey guys...
Thanks for the input. I AFR's/timing look good (AFR's at partial throttle don't get above 12.5ish. I will do a quick WOT spurt today to see what the log says. To be honest, I'm still not very good at using the data logging software. I find it difficult to read the data.
Is there a way for me to post a log on here?
Thanks to everyone!

It's pretty simple, just hook up your laptop to the ems. Open AEMpro, open the menus Configure/ECU setup/Set Throttle Range, and follow the instructions. You're basically telling your ecu what voltage equates to what throttle angle. Might be worth a shot...
