aem ems 30-1012
is the 1012 same as 1052. im building a turbo kit. nothing huge. but i dont have an air pump. and i just need to pass ny inspection. will the 1012 get rid of any cel codes.

no AEM EMS can pass emissions inspection regardless of model. They are not OBD2 compliant.
To pass your inspection you will need to install an air pump with the stock ecu. You can try the Hondata Kpro engine management solution but it may or may not pass due to be being recognized as an RSX ecu and not an s2000 one.
