Do you have an aftermarket valve train? 2-stepping is going to cause you to drop a valve with the stock valve springs (I think thats the part that fails).

Use it at your own risk.

my tuner told me a story about a s2000 he tuned that bent 7 exhaust valves because the 2 step was so aggressive. I have a two step on my car right now, but its not aggressive at all. I make about 3-4psi out of a 60-1! Not that i can really take advantage of it anyway due to weak parts in my drivetrain!

If you want to set it up. Go to 2 step wizard in the EMS software. The two step is usually setup around 5k rpms and you can change the timing and fuel and ignition. I would however think twice about setting it up if you haven't any experience!

Never used DRs but there are people that bog at 6k dumps. Either rev her to 9 and hold on, or more nicely hold it at 6-7k and quickly slip the clutch out.

i broke an axle doing a two step with VHT at the track! Either rev really high, or slip the clutch out the hole!

BTW, what were your trap speeds with street tires?
