I would say, forget about the Coolant temp and get a oil, watter temp gauges and go by them and just dont look at the aem...i think its false wireing or bad ground...i would ask whats the deal with the AF on the aem? dont you have a wideband?

Ok, now I see what's going on. Your voltage drop is affecting the resistance readout from the temp sensor. I went out and tested mine, and mine does the same thing, but not quite as bad...I only fluctuate about 8 degrees. You need a voltage stabilizer, that is all.

Again though, anything above 125 deg Fahrenheit, and the coolant temp does not affect your fuel map...open up your cold start enrichment table...see where the added fuel stops? Anything above that, and it's a non issue. Stop worrying about it. There's nothing wrong.

thats another story
yes, the aem is with the build in wide band.
the video is from my car pc and the AFR reading is crazy.
but only on my car pc.
on tuners laptop it sows normal numbers

try this, open up where you choose units in configure, change the AF from fuel to say methanol hit ok than go back and change the AF to gasoline again,it will be ok than...and see if you have chosen AEM uego at sensor wizard.
i had a similar problem and units solved it.

ok today an electrician checked the volt stabilizerand he says its ok.
i also managed to see my battery volts on the aem software and they are steady....
probably the battery change that i have done before a month or so, solved the problem with the volts.
but ofcourse the problem with the temp drop remains.

after watching the videos over and over again i noticed that the problem appears only when about 20-25% on throttle.
i will upload soon a video of the sound that the exhaust makes when temp drops.

anyway today i talked again with my tuner and on tuesday we are going to tune it as it is.

its not only the temp reading but also that sound and hesitation of the engine if you hold the throttle to that position at those rpm
thats why i say that something is wrong and i cannot ignore it completely.

but with full throttle that i mind is ok
