Default AEM EMS 1052 U - (video added)

hello everyone

after almost 5 months out of the streets iam finnaly at the stage of tuning my new bulletproof engine.
i have the AEM ems 1052 U
when the engine reaches 6000 the volts start to drop from 14+ to 12 .
also the coolant temp drops from 194F to 167F.
the way that these 2 drop look like the sensors are not well in place , but thats not the case, because one time i was holding the sensor just to make sure that it wont move and it happened again.

today i had a new battery on because the previous was in bad condition and i also checked the altenator (i dont know if alternator is the right word ) and it charges the battery fine they said @ a honda workshop.

nothing changed after the installation of the new battery

the tuner said that we can still tune the car but it is not right to do so,
because this way we will only cover the problem and not solve it

any ideas of why is this happening?
does anyone else had the same issue with AEM 1052U ?

Thanks in advance

The coolant temp readout is a problem with the AEM EMS. Modifry created a solution for the temp gauge. Check his site.

i had Wideband problems on the sensor and it was related that the WB needed to be grounded to the AEM ECU ground not to cause any problems.
I got 1-2 points richer driving and idle with lights on and wipers on.
Now its all fine i just grounded the WB to the ECU.

Does that matter if he is looking at the EMS logs?

Wouldnt voltage naturally drop at higher RPMS arent the coilpacks using a lot more energy at that point?

check all your grounds!
i would even add a 4 gauge ground from battery to frame and from block to frame.

Hey guys

believe it or not the car is not ready yet.
2 diferent electricians checked the car for 2 days and found nothing wrong
we also did what our friend 2big4aS2000 suggested but nothing.
my tuner was also there.
I payed 1700euro for the aem ems 1052 U in order to give my car the best and it seems like it does not like it
AEM was also the reason that i installed the car pc in order to monitor my engines performance because i dont like gauges
since there is nothing left to do
we are going to try and tune it with greddy ultimate.
my tuner believes and hopes that it will work because if it dont...........

What thermostat are you running?

What is the temperature of where you are in greece now?

How many miles are on your alternator?

I would not use the greddy emanage over the AEM. Unless the tuner is not capable of correctly tuning the aem.
