Default AEM 1052U... UEGO does not work

I got my AEM EMS (1052U) installed & tuned last night

There is a problem with the UEGO part... it doesnt work. The EMS will not read the wideband sensor. He tried another sensor, still no luck

He said all the wiring seems to be fine, He has installed 4 of these units on turbo S2k's and countless other cars.

Has this happened to anyone? I know some people have trouble with EMS not working at all out of the box & they need to send in for repair. But I havent heard of only the wideband not working.

Are there any tests I can do to try and find the problem. I dont wanna take it out to send to AEM just yet. But I want to be able to monitor my AF ratio

thanks

if it is set up properly, installed properly, and will not register anything, then its broken.
