Default 66mm wastegate

i have a ramhorn manifold with a 6262 ball bearing, i had a 44mm tial wastegate, i was creeping a lot, my tuning make the cut off a 7500 rpm cause y was creeping, and i alway boost cut at like 7200, last night i put a 66mm precision wastgate, i run the same boost, before 6500 the wastegate is open an run great at 6800 7000 the car bogging a lot, like misfire, is it possible the last programmation cause that? i boost the same boost , th boost stay at 10psi

scuse me for my bad english, programmation= tune, i tune it on the dyno, change my wastegate, the boost is stable and very similar than with the 44mm gate, but at 6800 6600 the car bog a lot, can be cause by tuning? coil pack ? have you trouble with your coil pack?

this could be so many different things.

spark blow out
too much timing up there
to much fuel, not enough fuel
vtec engagement problem
hitting boost cut

etc
etc
etc

some people have trouble w their coilpacks.

Is it misfiring? Any more info besides "bog"?

no it can run fine at 4-5k and then not be good at high RPMs

yes, swap to low mileage k20 coilpacks or low mileage 00-05 s2000 coilpacks, and see if the problem persists. If it does, then it's most likely NOT the coilpacks.

Bad WG location? The 44mm is great up to 1000bhp and 66mm just huge. We had control problems with the HKS 60mm because of the size and this one is even bigger.

Other than that it sounds like misfire, checked the plugs?

Try leaning it out, 10.5 is pretty rich.
