the 100 octane your using is that right out of the pump or do you add something to it? and what whp you running?
I run the 100 octane fuel I buy at the track straight out of the pump. On the street I run regular 91 octane...I use the 100 octane as some detonation prevention at the track.
Not sure on my power, I tuned it on the track. I suspect right around par for the Comptech on a 3.2" pulley so between 360-380whp. No where near the 500whp you are seeking...though I wish.

No you answered the question, that you get it at the track. So is that around 360-380 with the 91 octane or the 100 octane? I am doubting the 500whp with the SoS kit right now too

We're not trying to be rude, and I understand I'm slightly blunt, we really are just trying to assist you in understanding that to get to the power levels you require, its going to take alot more cash outlay that you originally planned in the first comment.
I think in the grand scheme of things we're all just trying to be realistic with your expectations. I'm glad that you now realise 500whp isn't the easiest of feats by slapping in a HG and bolting on an over the counter blower.
I wish you the best of luck, I honestly do, I want to see the envelope pushed, it means I can push it further too. I'd do it myself but a used F20C in this country costs about as much as a complete 2000 model S2K in LA.
