500whp Supercharger Plan
I currently own a 2002 Honda S2000 with 42000km and this is my plan for a 500whp supercharger, and I would like to know your opinion on this and if i will be able to achieve 500 whp. So I am looking at SOS stage 2 supercharger tuner kit, and so i will need the paxton 1200, ID 2000cc injectors, SOS 0.074" head gasket, aem ecu, 3.0" pulley, walbro 255 fuel pump, and i will be running 94 octane.
Also I was looking at inline pro intake manifold and was curious if this would work with the SOS supercharger and if it will give any benefits? If there is anything I am missing let me know. Thanks

No chance with the HG change.
On that configuration, you need to run E85 at a minimum.
To upgrade to e85, convert your car to a return fuel system. Use the InlinePro kit. You will also need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
Will also need a boost a pump or run dual 255 walbros.
Since you've already thought about injectors ID2000's are perfect. You will have a duty cycle of only about 55%.
There is no upgrade needed for the fuel lines. Stock Lines are just fine, however I'd still suggest updating them.

Why will i have no chance with the head gasket change? You need to lower the compression to handle more hp? Would i be better with the inline pro 3mm hg? Okay so i live in Alberta, Canada, and getting access to E85 is going to be near impossible, the best we have here is 94 octane with 10% ethanol. So if my goal is going to be unrealistic with the sos kit, would it be better to go over to the v-1 t trim from vortech for 500whp? or is there anything else I can do to the sos kit to gain more hp like using the inlinepro intake manifold etc?

Using 91 octane I pushed the V2 t-trim on my f20c to 509 rwhp and it took 21.6 psi (1.49) bar to get there. I will be pushing it again in the near future and expect it to max out about 540 rwhp.
Maybe you should consider lowering your goals to 400 rwhp, a noble number too.
The power and torque lines are straight and the power application is smooth with the small displacement engine acting like traction control.

Unfortunately as far as I am aware the V2 kit only comes with the lesser impeller and you must upgrade. Their newer V3 SC impeller looks like an improvement over the SCi impeller but appears to be an upgrade also.

okay so i could just buy the v2 kit from vortech and then just order the the upgraded impeller from them aswell? do you know if there is an upgraded impellor for the sos kit?

not sure why you would think that, there are numerous people at 500+ on regular pump gas with turbo and SC setups.
