Default 3mm head gasket

ok so when running boost the only internal mod to safely run boost is 3mm head gasket??? what kind of hp can these stock motors make safely?

Depending on how much boost it's recommended to use a 3mm head gasket over 10 psi. There are people here with over 600hp and a completely stock motor. There are other things that can be done besides the 3mm head gasket and not building a motor that will help, titanium valves and retainers etc

i know it has been discussed a million times its reassuring to know for sure thanks for the info when you spend 20-25k on a car i want to be absolutely sure
