Yes I have done the tuning on it so far. Nothing really on a dyno / mbt though. Just "safe" timing and fuel.

Here are some pics of the intake. I used one of the rubber bushings from the stock intake box to mount the pipe to the body.

Also got around to making a heat shield for the firewall heater/ac hoses.

I still want to build a metal sheild to cover the turbo somewhat, I have not had much luck with blankets with this turbo. I don't know if its because of the thinner material of the turbine, but I have burned through a cheap "ebay" blanket as well as the more expensive blanket pictured. I never had this issue with traditional t3 inlet turbines before.

Absolutely mind blowing your metal work skills and the vast amount of knowledge you must have to attempt something like this without a tuner, keep up the good work!

Where did you mount the bottom half of the brace?

I made a bracket on the aluminum "ear" for the engine mount. I should have made it much thinner. Live and learn.

Really great work. I love that manifold design... Was considering one like that a couple years ago, but I doubt mine would have turned out half as well as yours did. Great numbers for such low boost too... You should really consider selling this as a kit.

Man you have mad skill. You should be very proud of that build. I wish I could do it but the closest I have come is some poor soldering

Thanks. I found a couple designs similar to it on this forum. One of them being a real old lovefab design.

I wouldn't mind selling as a kit one day. In my opinion it would need some fixes here and there. And would be hard to make a kit that makes everyone happy. Relocation...heat control...ease of install...pressure control...vibrations....etc.etc.

Appreciate it. Everyone starts somewhere though. Speaking of soldering...I started working on cars doing car audio many years ago and totally burnt up my first radio install (red means bad/negative right?).
