2 Different Readings from wideband
Hoping someone has some input or has experienced this issue. I am running an AEM 30-4100 UEGO Controller (brand new) and noticed that while doing some data logging the gauge reading is different than the reading on AEM Tuner? While cruising at about 80 the difference is about 1. Of course they both fluctuate quite a bit while driving in town, but at lower speeds with more load on the engine and more throttle engagement they vary even more.
I have the controller connected to the AEM EMS V2 in pin c16.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like your o2 gain needs to be calibrated
Go under the car to the wideband sensor, disconnect the gauge from the sensor by unplugging the harness, turn the battery (and gauge) on. Hook up the computer and sync the two together.
It may be slightly different in AEMTuner, but for AEMPro, I go to:
Setup > Sensors > Oxygen Sensor > O2#1 > O2 Options and change the gain. This number should be around 1.0. Mine is at .99, so just play with it until both the gauge and ecu say the same thing, disconnecting the wideband sensor makes the gauge stick to 14.7 so it is easy to calibrate. Once your done just plug your sensor back in and your good to go, dont forget to hit ENTER after you change the number in the gain window and save the changes to your calibration.
If you've done this before and it gets out of sync over time (This happened to me a couple times) then your gauge may have a bad ground, try grounding it to something more stable (like under the hood release bracket screw) and it should be fine.
Hope that helps
