tuned to what PSI? where are you located? Times vary easily up to .5 seconds depending on elevation. Not to mention track stickiness, temp, the tires you run, did you shit that day or not, are you good at launching. There are so many variables.

my friend ran 12.8 @ 115mph (20 psi 498whp). Could have done a lot better but he got disqualified after the first run because he didn't have a rollcage!! He was also granny shifting.
At 20 psi, you can do 12.0 or maybe high 11's with a good launch...

I beg to differ. 500 whp with slicks and a good launch (two stage rev limiter) will break you into the mid to high 10s bracket at sea level.
