Might be too much fuel... that's my best guess at this point.

I have 2 step colder plugs... NGK Part #7405 copper plugs gapped at .033.

Yeah, checking that today... the car's 30miles away from where I live and I didn't get a chance to try that yet, although on the rev limit menu, all of the options in 2step rev limit have 0's so I'm hoping that's it.

On a side note, we also discovered that engine load and throttle are way high, supposed to be around 0. Mine have the following readings... any thoughts?

Thanks

i would throw the stock fuel pump in and try.. just because its priming doesnt mean its pumping.. Ive once bought a walboro 255 and it was faulty.. worth a shot and doesnt cost anything..and if its starting and cutting off its gotta be a fuel problem somewhere good luck

what happens when you press on the gas, does the throttle value change in the AEM screen?

Didn't get a chance to try that, I'll see if it changes tonight when I get home from work.

^ I know it's something basic but it's worth a shot - could it be that your throttle range's messed up? There's a wizard under the configure/ecu setup menu - wouldn't hurt to retry it.

BTW, if the parameter read out is correct in that pic you posted, that afr's pig rich - could be you're flooding your engine and killing it on startup.
